Whatta title!!!! Welcome if you were crazy enough to actually open this post! 
I have a room attached to my house that sits on a cement slab (ie no basement). Because there is moisture under the cement,it is crumbling and loose gravel/cement keep falling away.
Last week, I noticed a little hole where it is crumbling with spider legs sticking out ( 
).
I immediately got the got the bug spray and blasted it down that little hole!!!!
NOW this week, the hole is noticably bigger (went from the size of an eraser/pencil head to the size of a quarter!!!).
I blasted more spray down there and stuffed a paper towel in the hole tight.
I plan on getting Kwikrete this weekend and cementing the thing over!!!!!
However, my question is....would a spider be able to dig a big hole like that in crumbling cement? Or do you think I should be looking for some bigger creative? Ie snake? chipmunk? mouse? I see no evidence of droppings, etc.

and use UGL fast plug, not Kwikrete.

Yes, some spiders do in the ground, but I've not heard of them doing it in concrete. However, not impossible if its already weak and crumbling. They are cold. We get a lot of wolf spiders this time of year. They can eat a small cat.

Yeah, I was going to say it was probably a velociraptor as well. We had real issues with them at our old house. I hope the Kwikrete helps!

I say get some hairspray and a blow torch..... that should just about do it..... maybe...

Thank goodness we have the expertise of TR. Does one plug the hole with the UGL, TrulyReconciled, or does one throw it at the velociraptors?

Um...Yeah...The Wolf Spider digs holes. And they're a HUGE hairy scary spider.
My advice; Move out.

This was like a homework assignment - busy googling the various spiders and UGL. 
Good point about the UGL. I think that is what I used on my one wall that kept leaking in the rain. Never occurred to me that I could use it to fill that big crater in my floor. Makes total sense since I am dealing with a floor dampness issue.
My co-worker is laughing at me stuffing that hole with a waded up paper towel for now. She said "yeah....like THAT will stop something that is burrowing through cement".
All these votes for "MOVE!!!!" are ironic. I am feeling sooo overwhelmed lately with solo home-ownership. Seems like stuff keeps breaking. Thank goodness for all those YouTube videos on how to fix every little thing!
