Damn! Our quiet little town is about to be on the national news. 
Two dead, one airlifted in critical condition. Campus on lockdown. That's all I know.
We have to drive through campus to get to our neighborhood.

We're so close, we're on lockdown, too. We can see the light that they're using to illuminate the scene from my home office window. Choppers flying around looking for the shooter(s).

We live out in the country, pretty much. It's a quiet little university. Never expected something like this, but who does? They found two people dead along the street, a third in critical condition. H and DD had just driven through there right before we started hearing the sirens.

So far, what we know is that the shooting occurred *just* off campus. We're still really leery of taking the dog out.
