I don't normally buy these products but I think I might have to start.
Which one is best and easy to use? I heard this Remington is nice but then I read some poor reviews.

I use Nads because they are easy to use. I have tried other products where you heat the wax and then apply it with a stick and it was always a hot mess -- literally! The wax gets stringy (like a caramel candy bar type stringy) and then drips every where and it is hard to get off. Then if you apply too little or too much then it does not even take the hair off. Nads are not "great" but they have no mess involved and that is why I like them.

I like gigi. They have all kinds of wax and sell a nice warmer and starter kit. They also have microwave blend products if you're looking for low commitment. Surgiwax also was good, but I haven't used it in a long time, also microwaveable. Ciripil is also popular but I've never tried it. Sally Hansen was the only nightmare experience for me but some may have better luck.
However, I would REALLY recommend that if you're a total newbie to the process you book a couple professional appointments and pay close attention to what goes on. Wax can be a big mess and different people prefer different types. For instance, I think I just suggested 2 strip less hard waxes and some hate those, while they're my favorite. If you're looking to try some things before you commit to equipment definitely keep an eye out for microwave kits. Anyway, I feel compelled to admit I worked in spas for years and had a chance to play with products and get some tips from the skin dept girls before I started on myself. So, I'm biased toward at least exploring the pro end before you start snatching at sensitive areas. Good luck

I like GiGi too. I use the stripless wax. It's easy. Both DDs and a college roommate of one ask me to do their lips and eyebrows with it regularly.
ETA. I don't have a warmer. I bought the microwaveable little pot and two different sized strips at Sally beauty supply.

I've used the CVS brand, and it seems to work ok, but I only to the upper lip once every 6 weeks or so.
You could also try those European Wax Center places that seem to be popping up everywhere.
They'll give you a free first time wax, and otherwise it's not too much money. The second one is 50% off.
I took one of my daughters there, and then the other one called up to say the first one referred us. We all got stuff done and the total coast was like $20.
Life goes on.
