MSA was done and the decree draft was supposed to be sent to my L by now. He is checking into it but is not surprised that STBXW and her L are dragging their feet.
For what reason is this delay!?!? Is there some advantage to this or is reality setting in for her and she's not letting go?
Anyway, last night at our son's hockey game STBXW is talking to me about our son as if we're still M. Now she is trying to fill my weekend with the boys with activities for them to do, thus tying up my time trying to get the improvements on the house done and ready to sell. I don't know if that is her motivation or what, but I decline the activities and say "we're busy."
AAAAARGHGHHH!!!
I'M DONE, I'M DONE I'M DONE!!!! Send the draft already! Finalize the D already! Move on, cheater!!!

Its frustrating as all hell that the unremorseful waywards delay finalising legal matters
.
To paraphrase what SBB says 'show your dick(vagina in this case) some respect and pretend you are happy with your decision!'
Good for you for setting boundaries, your time with your kids is your own. Well done for not letting her dictate your activities with them.

Sorry brother. Sounds like you're staying strong, but damn, you just wanna move on because of her choices, and then she drags her feet. My blood pressure is up right now for you.

Vent away! And keep working on that house. Hopefully mine will be ready to go on the market soon.

It takes them a while to accept they're no longer driving the bus - hell, that they're not even on our bus anymore.
In the early days I had to remind the sad clown several times that he was no longer he head of my family. He looked confused and crushed every time I said it.
Do they think nothing changes except they get to go off with AP and everything on the family front stays the same? "For the kids", right?
After unimaginable fuckery throughout the M and S/D process the sad clown believes we can end up 'friends'. It would assuage his guilt but it ain't ever gonna happen. Civil is as good as it gets for him yet he hasn't fully accepted it yet.
Reminds me of an SI funny: "Look up the word Divorce in the dictionary - it's right there in between Cheating and Syphilis."
I may have reached a point where I'd piss on him if he was on fire.... eventually!!

Thanks all.
My weekend went well and I got some items completed off my checklist and still had time to take my youngest to his first (and mine) livestock auction in Alvarado with my very GF and her son, as well and her parents and extended family. They've been great and have been helping me with getting the house ready for sale. Since the MSA was signed.
My STBXW just can't stand that I've moved on. She tries to interject herself into my plans when I have the boys. I've had to hold my tongue a few times and reword my responses. I'm finding my release in the forums though so I'm good.
