Hi
I'm very new to the site....arrived today.
I've been doing a lot of reading on the site and people keep talking about 180.
I can't find what this is, could someone help?

I'm new too but I think there is a description of the 180 in the healing library or at least one of the places you can read articles. Vaguely described it's no contact with your spouse except by e-mail or text and only about child care/needs or finances. I'm sure there are others that can do a far better job than I can explaining this.
