My husband and I have been married almost two years now. He is not the one that brought me to this site and there was no infidelity in his first marriage.

However his ex-wife has been not so nice. She cancelled our cable, Has signed up to have mail sent to our house in her name. Now she has bought a magazine subscription and has it sent to him.

Any advice on what to do? Our normal is ignoring anything and everything but it gets tiring. It's just enough for her to be annoying. And to be honest I don't want him getting gifts from another woman at our house.

Do we send them to her with a note that he doesn't want anything from her?

What's wrong with her? She is his ex...why won't she leave him alone? What she is doing is harassment. If you have tried ignoring and it isn't working, then you may have to start a legal process. Try going after a restraining order for harassment (cancelling your cable is definitely harassment and having mail sent to the wrong address may even be a federal crime....not sure, but I know you are not supposed to tamper with the mail.)

Maybe talk to a lawyer and find out what your legal rights are. There is something wrong with her and I would be uncomfortable about that situation.

The first thing I would do is call the police and ask them to speak to her. Sometimes having an actual officer show up at your door can be enough to make you think twice. That way it's also on record. Anything after that I would look into filing a RO, you can do it yourself at your local court you don't necessarily need a lawyer.

Gotta jump in here

Before going to authorities make sure it is her doing this.

Call the magazine & explain to find out who paid for the subscription.

I had this going on & guess what?

Not the ex...her daughter doing it to cause problems in her dad's new marriage to me

Also my husband (now exH) was also doing it to cause jealous..yep he was a sick ticket & continues this. After D he did it again even though now his 1st ex had died & I still getting cards from spas to my house thanking her for her recent visit.

Track this down because her name on the mail does not necessarily mean she did it

Just my thoughts
