Had to drive to a part of the city I don't normally drive to. It happens to be the part of the city where the favored hotel for their hook ups is located. I didn't even think of that.
The drive down, totally didn't realize I was in that part of the city, drove right by the hotel, didn't even notice it. YAY!
Four years out and I can assure you that the triggers do lessen. A lot. There is hope, newbies to reconciliation. It will get better.
However, on the ride home, I drove by the hotel and I just happened to glance over at that particular time and read the sign and went "oh!". Just was driving and processing, doing self talk. Hey, you didn't even realize where you were, how cool is that. This trigger didn't even bother me, it didn't trigger me. Blah, blah, blah.
Then I realized I had driven two miles past my exit. I still feel it was a "win"! 
I have to drive by it two times again tomorrow. I have no qualms whatsoever.
