The great karma flood of 2014?

We have been having torrential rain and flooding here in Phoenix today. I was on my way to get my kids from daycare and traffic was extremely slow due to one road being almost a lake. Everybody had to move over to the one, shallow lane.

As I drove slowly on, I noticed a black, Mercedes convertible floating along in the deep water. Hello Kitty drives this exact car and I was only about 1/2 mile from their house. The windows were tinted, so I couldn't see the driver.

If I could tell if it was her, I would have been a good Samaritan and thrown her an oar! I guess I'll find out if DD mentions that HK needs a new car.

Bwahahahaha!

Ha, ha! Yes the horns! The horns are on the back of the Mercedes SUV she used to drive. Now, the Gnat drives that car and yes, it still has the horns. I still call it the Boss Hoggmobile, which irritates the hell out of him. I asked him when he was going to take the stupid things off and he just kind of grumbled and left.

He knows he can't take the horns off, or he'll get a whipping.

And yes, they're a "klassy" couple. Only she could white trash out a Mercedes with some bull horns.

Well, there's no guarantee that it was her car. Time will tell. If it wasn't I do feel bad for that driver!

Although I must ask, is stupidity of driving a Mercedes into flood waters the same as Karma, or is it just stupid being stupid?

You have a point. We know she isn't the brightest bulb on the tree after her spots vs. eyes on the spider comment with my daughter. It must have been her then.

It looks like you guys got hammered! The only thing that would make it better than that being Hello Kitty's car would be if she got a Stupid Motorist ticket out of the deal as well.

Yes! That would be the icing on the cake. Yeah, it hit really hard in certain areas. My neighborhood was okay, but my DD's school which is only two miles away lost 7 trees, all the canvas awnings over doorways ripped away, and the road in front closed due to flooding. Crazy.

Not yet. The kids go there tonight, so we'll see what DD says tomorrow.
