I don’t know if either of these have been mentioned, but I find these two to be the most accurate:
Quanki.com (Has birth dates, addresses, emails, etc. All free. )
Inteltechniques.com is a very good all in one search. Scroll to “online resources” at the bottom. It basically submits to several search engines at once. Can search pretty much anything you can think of.

The first one seemed promising when I put my own name in to test, as this brought up more about me than any other such sites have in the past.
But then I put in my XH and it would not bring him up at all (he is brought up on Spokeo and BeenVerified and all those so it is not as if there is nothing out there to gather. This site had no reults, not even his address or anything). I found it perplexing why it won't bring up some people at all when I know much of their information is not hard to access on the Internet.

The second one is free as far as I know. You have to go down to online resources.
I haven’t had any misses on Quanki, but I’m sure there are exceptions. I believe they are being sued by one of the other aggregators, so they may have had to remove some.

I just used quanki.com to search myself. It's got a lot of info about me that is correct and some that is not. I have a very unusual name.
I also searched my husband, who had a VERY common name and it has so much stuff that was wrong - DOB, associates, addresses, jobs, etc.
Good stuff but be aware some of it might not be correct. The number of folks with similar names REALLY matters in doing this type of research using any website.
Edited to add - it has an opt out feature. I searched OW and she's not there. I searched her husband and found him. OW was one of his associates but when I clicked on her name there, I got an error message, she I think it's pretty clear she's opted out.

I just found a really great one. Familytreenow.com. I literally just found the OW's BS cell phone number on this. It had her phone number on it also and it's accurate.
This is the hardest thing I have ever been through. It's still a work in progress and will always be. I am not sure I can ever forgive this. I cannot forget.
