I have just decided to start a blog to try and help me process my thoughts and feelings

I feel so lost and alone it’s scary I’m not sure who I am or who I’m suppose to be

I have no trust in people at all and I lack so much confidence it’s crazy I used to be a very confident happy person now I’m just on my own sad and angry
