To all of my friends here, whether you’re celebrating or not. Be kind to yourself, know that you are all special and worthy of happiness and true love. For those of you who have a hard time with this season, I hope you can find an ounce of joy in the season of love and giving. If you can’t, that’s okay too.
Whether it’s Hanukkah, Christmas or Kwanzaa, do something wonderful for yourself even if it’s a small thing. Because you are the most important person in your life and no one can diminish that.
Thank you all for sharing your experiences and wisdom. Hoping for healing for more of you in 2020.
