I say we read by section. I also think we should have a 'deadline' set and everyone should be prepared to discuss within a span of a few days after the deadline.
Also think we oughta start a new thread for this puppy...
13 years later...finally healed. Definitely survived and thrived and you can, too.

Yay!! lets this party started.. Some people have shared to do it in sections, how do we want to go about it. Yes, of course a deadline would be helpful.
