@rachelc - I'm so sorry. I hate that that happened to you. I think I'm so used to talking things out here that I was shocked at both officers impassiveness when it came to my story. He was pretty much like "Lady, I hear crap like this all day... and you got away... so what's the big deal?"

Heaven help me if I ever get desensitized to people's pain.
