I told the police that my son lost it and I was sending it text messages to locate it. I said "he went to the police station because he is caught cheating?" Cop says, actually he and a woman (OW I assume) came because her home address was in a text." I said ya that's how the find my phone app works. He said stay away from him and her.

You need to listen to this. WH has filed a report and the police have told you to stay away. If you don't, you set yourself up for a stalking charge.

I am staying away,Other then my son's phone being in the car I haven't gone near either of them. I told the cop that today...it's not illegal to try an locate my son's lost phone. It is not my fault my partner was somewhere he shouldn't have been when I was looking for the phone.
