N_G, you need to write a book, then sell the rights to the screenplay to a studio. Each chapter should focus on one horrid/weird/pathetic thing that you found and what it represents.
I'm expecting chapter one by the end of the week. I think you've found your calling and source of income.

I think that I'd pay a priest, a rabbi, and a shaman to come over and give that garage a really good smudging!

When this is all over, when all of his stuff is gone, when the paperwork is signed, I'm having a party. A big party with lots of music and dancing & singing. We'll drive out all the evil with happiness & joy & laughter. I'm going to invite people to come into the garage & clap their hands & holler "Evil, be gone!"
And I'm also having the prayer team come over to bless each room & anoint with oil or whatever.
And I'm going to get a sage smudge & burn it while I quietly pray in each room, nook & cranny, thanking God for surviving and having this second chance at Life.
