Should I take a job before I file?

I'm taking the job. $10 an hour for part time work isn't gonna make much of a difference concerning alimony, and I need to start my escape fund. Right now I am completely financially dependent on my husband, so I won't file yet. He's still living at a friend's house, and I'm not planning on letting him back anytime soon. Now, if he tries to take all the money and run, I will speed up my plan. And yes, I'm setting up my own bank account.

Please call and get a free consult from a lawyer asap!

Sometimes He calms the storm. Sometimes He lets the storm rage, but calms His child. Dday 12/19/11I went to an attorney and had him served. Shocked the hell out of him, with D papers, I'm proud to say!D final10/30/2012Me-55
