thanks everyone!
I turned in my notice this afternoon. So now I'll spend the next 2 weeks getting all the shit caught up, and maybe training a new person, if they can get one hired that quickly. Worse comes to worse, I'll have to train the new operations manager how to do certain parts of my job. Right now, I'm the only one who knows how to do a few things.
