ShockedErica11 -- you're right about checking the address and other info. "Reclaiming" the location can help in a lot of ways.
When my wife was still trying to hide some of the details (oh wait .. she's still doing that, but I digress), she described walking back room the parking lot, and going separate ways at a split in the path, BUT there's no path in that spot, thus there is no split.
She also explained that a certain friend was in a different building at the resort, but I got the rooming list from the hotel, and they were actually on the same hallway. This proves that part of her story still needs explained truthfully.
I haven't confronted her yet on either of these, but I will. Four years since the affair, and I'm still finding lies in her story. I think this is good advice to maybe "trust, but confirm." My wife's memory was soooo bad about certain things, but so clear on others (split path ... etc). Maybe this calls for a different topic, but I'm finding that my wife has added specific details to try to make her lies seem more believable.
