This was me, and even in retrospect, I recall how bizarre but real the lack of planning was.
For me, it was almost like I was acting and doing thigs with no thought of consequences, no planning. I was allowing myself to stay on a runaway train and leaving everything to chance. Call it the fog, call it what you want. It was a feeling of not being in control when certainly I could have been at any time .

My WW used to say before that when the OP invited her at his apartment, she knew it wasn't right, but didn't knew what would happen.
So after reading all of your posts, I had another discussion with her and said that I didn't believed her. Turned out that she still say the same, but now she add that maybe she was in a kind of "fog" or that she was just fooling herself. I'm a mess right now, but sometimes I find that her mind is just a bigger mess...
