Thank you all.
I just spoke with Staceys older sister. Stacey had been sick for three years. I knew she had health issues but I didnt know it was like this...or at least I didnt want to think they were that serious. I wanted to believe she would live long.
I also learned tho she didnt speak to me, she spoke of me a lot. She wouldnt come visit bc of spouse Yep, Stacey would have beat that boy down. I thought she was joking.
Stacey had posted about her upcoming trip to Vegas. I hope she got to take it.
Today I had someone say it was bad she passed during the holidays as it would sadden the holidays. Yes, I am sad my rock, my friend is gone, but I dont see it that way. Having her leave during this time will bring my memories of her to the forefront. Stacey wouldnt want to be remembered in a sad way. Nope. Like I said, she always made me laugh. That will always make me smile.
