Thank you everyone, I am trying really hard to be easy on myself and not expect too much, it just worries me when I feel like I am not making any progress and I am so afraid to lean on my husband for support because one of his excuses post dday was that I was not a good wife to him and that he was tired of me harassing him so now I worry anytime I need him to be a listening ear, I don't really have anyone else so I don't have much choice but to lean on him. Anyway, I am feeling better these last few days and am hoping that I will feel better after the holidays are over, though I am sure that is a false hope because then I will have to deal with our upcoming antiversary. I am so grateful to have the support of the people on this website, thank you for your kind words.
