my living room is a trigger

My house my yard everything is a trigger as I can see all the work and repairs that were being done during this time frame. Even cleaning a room triggers me. I still look at the paint spilled this day and remember what he said and I remember him rejecting me this day as we worked on that. The mirror in the living room had to go as I was refinishing it trying to improve the way the living room looked. We are going to move and the vehicle he drove there in and gave her rides in is being sold.
