Hi All, I will be happy to send you the video. It's kinda trippy to watch. But when you substitute your WH for the monkey and the AP for the frog, it will all make soooo much sense.
This video helped me to understand the real dynamics of my WH's mindset and his nasty tryst in general. And it graphically shows you what was really going on... 
Tooo DAMN FUNNY!!
Sometimes we need a bit of gallows humor to help the healing.

The other thing that helped was imagining the MOW standing in the corner watching us. How she wasn't going to have my WH any more and that he was all mine. Each time I imagined her smaller and sadder/ pathetic until eventually I didn't need to do the visualization any more.
Of course my exwh ended up marrying the OW but I still see her as the frog.
Me: BW (in my 40's) Him: ExWH EA/PA with MOW coworker(also married). He ended up marrying his mistress.

@Brokenbond13 go to you tube and put in monkey and frog video..lol and then visualize it like GTH said-your wh as the monkey and the frog as the ap. Feel bad giving the frog the ap name--howorker is lower and slimier (is that even a word???lol) than the frog..lol she was just a convenient hole that was willing to do anything anywhere anytime. Wh probably should have left her some cash--she was that slutty. My question to wh was how another female can think so low of herself and have zero self respect for her body and morals. Yea--the frog is definitely higher on the food chain than she is
