Finding yourself laughing at how ludicrous their words are is a major landmark on the healing trail.

I am SO impressed with your response, JIPT! I know myself too well, I would have exploded!

You are so strong, and obviously have your children's best interests at heart. Keep up the good work!

Yeah it's a real goat rodeo here. She is gone presently at the inlaws. I will confess I still have my moments. Times I am genuinely kind and caring even though she has destroyed me and deserves no kindness whatso ever. Once she leaves I will become stronger exponentially.

My attorney friend said I walk a tight line. He said I have to keep my composure less it be used against me. Once she's outta here I'll resume restoring my super powers

I never realized you could be in this much pain and not be dying.

SBB -

Girl, hold my earrings!!

I needed the laugh this morning

I needed the laugh this evening!!

I too have experienced great amounts of anger towards me because I read emails/texts. I was like - I felt like you were lying to me - YoU WERE.

Translation: how dare you catch me doing something I shouldn't be doing/said I wasn't doing

It does get comical sometimes. Them it gets really sad again. Laugh so you don't cry kind of thing.
