Hi Tesla!

I haven't been checking in here very often lately. I've got a job running a non-profit org, my dad's been in the hospital, and I'm building a tiny house.

This weekend I had a contractor grading the knoll I'm going to park the tiny on so I have a flat place to set up my homestead. I have a 2 year lease on 1 acre of a 150 acre timberland parcel. I'm hoping it will be a very long term arrangement but I suspect I may not get more than 5 years out of it as the landowner is not in the greatest of health.

FBW then 46, XWHNPDPAFTG the destroyer of my entire life. D-Day 1 '99, D-Day 2,3,4,5,6... '09-'11, D '15. I fell apart. I put myself back together. Forgiveness isn't required. I'm happy and healthy now, and MY new life is good.

Hi, Tesla! Good to see you here!

Last weekend wasn't too shabby. Caught up on scrapbooking, saw one of my favorite comedians for the first time, and also tried snowshoeing and snowmobiling for the first time .

I'm brewing a peanut butter porter this evening.

I MUST try this!

Just seeing this since I had a lost weekend in bed, down with a bug going around. Not the best reason to spend the weekend in bed....

Glad others had a better one. If I felt fully well, I might be able to decide if Tesla's peanut butter porter would actually appeal to me or not, but I think I would give it a try by the time it is ready.

Finding what life could have been....... Why didn't I see it?

I spent the weekend in bed with a virus.

A little late to the party, but here goes.......

tesla, I'm so happy to see you here and even happier about your update!!

DS1's birthday was over the weekend, but he's at uni in England (not the country where we live) so I could only send him virtual hugs and a virtual cake. I send him real money as a gift so that he could buy some real cake (or go on a date or something), but he said he was too busy studying. Who'da thunk it??

I got to veg out a bit and watch football (ie soccer), English Premier League, with DS's 2&3. Maybe next weekend I'll be up for something more adventurous.
