Exactly. How many times can you 'threaten' this and not follow through until they don't even HEAR you saying it anymore?
If you say it, MEAN it.
Don't cling to a mistake just because you took so long making it.
Some people aren't loyal to you - they are loyal to their NEED of you. Once their needs change, so does their loyalty...

It’s definitely a big mistake on my part. Never to be repeated again. I hope BS in the early stages read this so they do not repeat the same mistake I made.
