Recommend books for my 10yo please?

It's been years since I read them but if she liked Harry Potter I'd recommend Phillip Pullman His Dark Materials trilogy;

Northern Lights (I think this has a different name in America- the film was called The Goldern Compass so try that)

Subtle Knife

Amber Spyglass

I'm gonna be given **** for this but when the Harry Potter series first came out I liked this better.
