The arab mare, Tennessee Walker (gelding) and the mini gelding (I'll be honest I was told hes a miniature horse but others have told me hes a pony and I have yet to find out for sure what he is. Hes small and has the attitude of a damn stallion...so.)

All of them were together for years on 400 acres. Then my friends rented the land and introduced their four mares and mustang gelding. They used to have 28 horses, all rescues, but was forced to sell their home after the farmer behind them who had agreed to rent his land for the horses backed out after they moved in ... so they rehome all but the five.

Then that land was being sold and we offered to have them bring their horses here. The other three were given to us since the landowner didn't want to keep them.

The mustang and the pony have become inseparable... I mean like glued at the hip...that's why when our friends sold their mares they left the mustang here.

The three original horses had been trained and ridden and then just put out to pasture. The mustang had been ridden alot by his man. Hes a man's horse. I wouldn't say he hates me but it was the woman of the couple that always wormed him, treated injuries etc. He knew when i was going to worm him even though I hid it.
