Kenny, none of us knew what we were doing, all of us were in zombieland.

Understand infidelity causes trauma, and it's something you have to process over time. You've been hurt, betrayed, and lied to by the one person you thought had your back. Exercise helps. Therapy helps. Leaning on trusted friends helps.

Take it one day at a time. Get out with family and friends. Join a gym. Take up a hobby. Volunteer. What saved my sanity was volunteering at an animal shelter, it gave me the ability to take the focus off of me and focus on these desperate animals.
