This is completely correct. Regardless HR would never open an investigation on behalf of a spouse. Just not how the real world works. 
 
 
 
	So to report inappropriate actions within the workplace between two employees or an employee and say a manager/boss it has to come from internal; no external reporting process will be recorded or investigated? 
 
 
	Inappropriate relations, no action, what is it involved theft/embezzlement from the workplace and the spouse reported the breach to HR, no investigation? 
 
 
	Cool how do you get that real workplace? 
 
 
	I am not trying to be argumentative just looking at what was posted. 
 
 
	Good luck with remaining NC and avoiding relapse.
