Her name is my confirmation name so it make me want to vomit. My kids like to call me full name sometimes and it always prompts a "trigger" and a dirty look to my FWH

Me too. Always have since my childhood. My h ap has the same name of childhood bully. Till one hot summer night. I couldn't take her tauntings anymore. We fought and a rush of hatred made me put that heffer in a trash can. Body slammed her. I did the same thing figuratively to my h ap.
