Baked potato with butter and parmesan sprinkled on top, just to be different. Small handful of chocolate chips for dessert (easy way to have a small amount of dark chocolate). Having a twisted tea now.

I like how that Chili recipe says it has 0:00 preparation time. I'll have to try that one

I don't know. Tonight is my university alumni association annual Affinity dinner, which means it's $150 for probably inferior food because it's a fundraiser, and while we're eating, someone from the university will hit us up for more $$.
If I had to hazard a guess, I'd say rubber chicken.

And I was pleasantly surprised. It was all grazing stations with Newfoundland-style foods: fried haddock sliders, venison tourtiere, potato slices with lobster salad, tiny crab cakes. Food was AMAZING! I ate too much.
