LOL@Lies!! Yes, they most certainly do!!! They absolutely adore you!
Rebreather...for the most part we can control the barking with using the same command "SHUT THE FUCK UP!" ok...not really
We always say "Quiet" and they will stop. Well, not Teddy but he's a spaz so I've just given up

DS -
Sorry I didn't read your first post well. Lol. You are a veteran Pom owner!! I love mine. They are a little bigger than average (12 lbs and 11.5 in the summer winter is heavier). They make great home alarms! (Which will be handy for me in the next month or so!!) and they love the kids. I have had poodles and shelties too. But I must say a Pom has sooo much personality... Mine like my WH but they loooove me. Hahahaha! So I'm guessin I'll get to keep em.

Uh, mine only barks when there are cheeseburgers around.
We thought he had been "de-barked" (because he was a rescue from a breeder)for the longest time. He's just not a big barker. Go ahead and ring the doorbell, knock on the door all you want and you'll never even know we have a dog.
ETA: It's funny, though, we named him Maceo Barker. LOL!
