I think it is funny that people on this site think she was the only victim in the physical affair. She victimized him as well. She knew exactly what he was and used him as much as he used he.
Mike- Does anyone think of her as a victim? I don;'t. She and gym guy were willing co-conspirators. He and his ilk have radar for willing targets. In a gym he may need to approach 30 middle aged gals looking to look and feel better about themselves to get 5 possibles who flirt back, and 1 or 2 who will close the deal. There is probably a nickname for the sidepieces in the staff locker room.
It is a target rich environment, he may be a player but she wanted to get played.
One victim - you. Collateral damage for her fun. In the last 6 months gym guy probably has had 4 or 5 more workout buddies.
9 years married.
13 years divorced.

A question you might want to add to your list, if it’s not already on it.
Given that you two have had such limited contact. And do not have her passwords. And have not monitored her communications. It would be wise IMO to know if she has been seeking affirmation from any other men during this period of separation.
So a question along the lines of....
Have you had any contact, physical or otherwise, with any men, via electronic means or in real life, since you confessed your affair?
How many scars have you rationalized because you loved the person who was holding the knife?
Their actions reveal their intentions. Their words conceal them.

Believe me, he was no victim. Easy, no-strings pussy is what this guy lives for. Your wife is just another notch on his bedpost...
