Any iCloud experts here?

I have a question. I bought a backup extractor and the last backup it showed was the 14th. Couldn't understand that. Anyway....I went on WH iCloud acct online and it shows it's almost full so there isn't any room left to backup. My question: if I delete

some things...will my WH be notified somehow on his phone that things were deleted?? He went to his hometown for 3 days over this past weekend and BOTH his runts live there. I HAVE to know what when on!! This is driving me insane!!!

New ios 9 iphone update

Just letting my fellow Dr.Fone users know; if you use the iCloud backup to access all the deleted info....we are all out of luck right now. Apparently iphone users with this new update are having HUGE issues with their iClouds backing up. Dr. Fone cannot access through iCloud. DAMN IT. Pisses me off....last updated file I have is September 11th. So.....just an FYI. Hope I'm allowed to share this info. If not...admins let me know!

Dr Fone......help!!!

I'm wanting to use this but I'm a tad confused reading some of these posts. I need to know...do I need ANY password (phone or apple id) to get the info I need??? I can grab his phone and hook it up to my computer but I do NOT have his Apple ID or password or his code to his phone. Anyone???
