We just switched cell phone providers. I have wh old SIM card now. What can I do to read it? What is on a SIM card?

At&t bill question
I check out cell phone bills online. I am able to access usage history including phone calls and texts. For the past month I get a message that says they are having problems accessing info and are working on the problem. I have called a few times and they say they are working in it. Is this happening to anyone else? Could wh have blocked it somehow? My phone does not show usage info details either. Any thoughts about this? Thanks.

So I see that my wh has a yahoo email associated with his cell phone. Is there any way to find out what it is?

Has anyone used teen safe? Does it work? Does anyone know what it shows up as on phone bill?
