Does anyone know if teensafe only lets you recover messages that are deleted after installation or can you recover messages that were deleted prior to installation as well?

Strange question

I bought Dr. Fine and ran it on WH's phone. I received only 65 text messages from previous two days when I KNOW for a fact there were many more. Does anyone know what I can do about this?

Now here is the weird part. There were 13,000 photos!!! When they were done loading and I opened them I saw why. Every single picture that had two or more people in it and some that was only one person had been cropped and zoomed in on the face. This was with all photos. Even shots of our kids events. Has anyone else had this happen to them?
