If an app is downloaded to iphone and used but then deleted, will it still show up in the recent battery usage list?

How do you disable the incognito mode in Google Chrome? There must be a way to do it!!

deleting history
If WH is using Google Chrome on his iphone to do his searches, and he's logged in to Google, when he deletes the search history from his phone, does it also delete it from Google activity?
IOW if he deletes from his phone is it gone or can I access his activity on the home computer by logging into his google account?

finding hidden apps on iphone
How do I look to see which downloaded/purchased apps are hidden on WH's iphone? There may not even be any but if there are there has to be a way to access the apps that have been hidden from view.
