unanswered questions festering for years

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction. My WS has behaved despicably for years. I never knew how bad until the summer of 2017. I became an expert cyber investigator because of his so called EA over the years.but i found out 537 days ago that the majority of them where PA. We married in 2000 but I found out about a so called EA as early as 2001. He of course always said they just talked but I finally got evidence of PA on a second phone that I confiscated . I practically know everything but I have been obsessed about one particular OW who Ive only seen pics of her naked body but never her face . She does not seem to have an online presence . I have been curious about her for years. He told me she is now a assistant District Attorney for the government in Virginia. I know her name and I have her old cell number that she still has. My question is there a website that I can find out where she works an address . I believe its hard to find her because she always living with family members or she might be married. I was trying to do this without getting a Pricey private investigator. I've been obsessed with This Mystery Woman for years. Ive been able to put a face to every other woman but the first one Ive never seen her face. Its as if she government protected. Any suggested will be greatly appreciated.

Beware of Sound meter apps

My WS has an seemingly harmless app on his samsung phone called a sound meter or decibel meter app. Its been on his phone for a couple of years. But i stumbled across a youtube video saying that some apps like these hide files. So i have exact same phone as his. And ive been downloading different apps to see how to open his app cant seem to find the right one. My window of time is short a few stolen moments here and there . I want to be percise in what im doing. He has absolutley no need for a sound meter on his phone. Another thing that made me suspicious is i made him think i knew something but decided to give him a chance to straighten it out and i then i left the room.

A few 20 min later i came back to the room he was in the bathroom but left his phone unattended and i peeked at it and low and behold the last page he was on was the sound meter app.
