Online Hackers?

I know this is obviously illegal, but I have often wondered- all the people who claim they can hack your spouses phone or email- they are all scams, right?

When I look though comments online in articles about cheating, there is always someone saying how great so and so is if you want to catch your spouse. The usually provide a gmail address as a form of contact.

What is the deal with this? I am not looking to use them, I am just wondering if there is any truth to their claims, or if they just prey on the emotions of a desperate BS.

Verizon Account Login

If you Login to your Verizon account from a different computer, it makes you enter a second security question to prove it is you.

Once that is done- Does the main person on the account get an email from Verizon saying their account was accessed from a different computer?

Basically WH doesn't know I have his password and Im desperate to get the text log. I have all the passwords, but I cannot have him notified that the account has been accessed.
