I need help! When things upset me I seem to have two problems
1) I can't figure out what is upsetting me--I tend to project out or pick things that I THINK is the problem but it turns out aren't
2)I am unable to communicate my discomfort without turning into a raging lunatic
So I am looking for some suggestions on books/workbooks/lectures whatever that can help me with this.
Its a life long problem--not just the A

The Dance of Anger is one of the very best books on anger management. Hope you will check it out.

I will. Thanks.
I am finding that most of what I am finding online doesn't fit me. My problem is NOT that I don't think of other's points of view. If someone cuts me off I have always thought "Maybe they are rushing to their dying mom's side" So I am having a hard time finding something that fits my own anger issues. The best I've gotten is that I am always on "simmer" so something that helps me work through that would be great.

The Dance of Anger will teach you how to keep from being on simmer.
We always think of anger as bad, but often it is a protective device.
