Hey DS, we had to be in court in downtown Houston this morning at 9 am. We came out at 10:45 to see rain coming down in sheets. Driving was terrifying, everything was gray---the sky, the road, the rain, if not for the stripes on the road you couldn't even see the lane you were driving in. 
I had a few close calls on the road but thank God we made it home safely and I hope everyone else did too.

So glad you're safe, Crushed!!!
We've lived in our house 17 years now and we've never, ever flooded in the backyard, but today...the water was half way up our patio 
More rain is still hitting, but at least it's not the down pour we had all day today

Glad everyone is safe!
I sat in an airplane, on the tarmac, in Houston, for 2 hours while this weather was happening, trying to get back to Dallas....
Finally made it back...but it is still raining here....
Am so glad SI is up and running!
