FWH and I are reading "Not Just Friends" It has some great insight on prevention for us, but my FWH had a ONS. According to him, it was a meaningless encounter (not that that makes me feel any better.) Much of the book deals with long term or ongoing A so far. From what I have read on this forum, I seem to be going through what everyone else is. But the book feels like it doesn't all apply to us. But of course, we are only to chapter 4. Hoping the rest of the book helps us. Does anyone know of a book that deals with ONS specifically, or touches it?

Hi greyfox,
I don't know of any specific books that deal with ons, but I wanted to let you know that there is a thread under the "I can relate" forum for those of us dealing with ONS.
