I'm reading the book "Forgiveness-How to make peace with your past and get on with your life."

http://www.amazon.com/Forgiveness-Make-Peace-Your-Past/dp/0446392596/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1313536009&sr=1-1

I'm really liking this book so far!

There was also an article in the May issue of O magazine about forgiveness. I found it in the doctor's office waiting room today!

I just wanted to update and say this book is FABULOUS! Apparently there are stages to forgiveness, just like there are to healing. I highly recommend it.
