This is the author of How to Be an Adult in Relatiosnhips which is one of my favorite of this genre. I am just starting this and finding it inspiring like all of Richo's books.

I read HBAR, probably bc you mentioned it at some point. I think it's the kind of book you need to read more than once to absorb it all.

I'll check out this Trust one. At the moment I don't feel like trusting anyone.

I agree. I will reread How to be an adult in R again myself.

I trust then freak out then trust again then freak out again. Not dramatically. Not hysterically. But on a subtle level inside myself. Looking forward to reading more in the trust book.
