The one (of many) that I had the dubious pleasure of dealing with face to face.....I always called her "The Holstein" in my mind. 
She blew up like a hot air balloon....the last time I saw her she was probably just shy of 300 lbs....and still gaining. I thought she looked like a cow, so I dubbed her "The Holstein". My god! Maybe my NPD XWSO was really out of his mind.....not my problem tho.

The whore. Those who know me know that I'm actually quite creative. But I won't bother creating any other name for her. I did call the final OW that my XH married "lover woman." It probably sounds too kind but there was a certain irony to it and it just fit.

I either refer(red) to her by name --first and last -- or as " your girlfriend." The latter really bugged him. Still does. Quel dommage.
