I've been talking to DTOM on and off today. He came by for a bit but I asked him to leave so I could be alone. I felt really anxious seeing him.
I found out today that they did not use a condom 
I can't stop thinking about it and I feel like I'm going to be sick.
Part of me feels bad for DTOM. I can tell he is in pain and he is so vulnerable right now since he is only 3 days clean. I try not to worry about him but I keep having images of him hurting himself or using again.
I just want my brain to turn off.

I know and I have been remembering that and treating myself gently.
Of course I always tried to understand and comprehend the pain of betrayal-in fact I was betrayed in a previous relationship-but this feeling I have now is something I have never felt before. It is so very painful and heart wrenching.
