Dead inside, sometimes people are prone to kanker sores but that is not herpes. Kanker sores are always inside your mouth. HSV1 causes cold sores both inside and outside your mouth and even sometimes on your face. HSV 1 is a sexually transmitted disease in that not only can you get outbreaks on or in your mouth, you can also get them on your Penis or vagina. It can be passed from genitalia to mouth and visa versa. Though HSV1 is not as bad as HSV 2 it is still transmitted by kissing and intercourse. Hope that helps.
