Yes, you have to go to HLN (Headline News) and pick it up on Headline News Now, then Making it in America, and then Evening Express.

Yeah the abusive boyfriend doesn't jive with going to his house and slashing his tires and I think she slashed the girl that was over at Travis house too.
I truly dislike looking at her smug smirking face on the stand.
This woman who has used her looks and sexuality to get by seems to think she can do that while being tried for slaughtering her boyfriend, does she not understand how downright creepy.
She is so removed from what normal people feel her lawyers should have went with an insane defense

If I remember correctly, she was offered a deal by the prosecutor's office. And she turned it down!!

@sadtoo
I guess she thought what would Travis want me to do.

@ Rt -
Talking about Arias hanging up on Travis
Prosecutor - you only did this because you cared for him, right?
Arias - yes
Prosecutor - and so ahhh, hanging up on his is to show that you really love him, right?
Arias - I guess indirectly it could be that way.
Prosecutor - ok, so you show love by (in this circumstance) by hanging up on him, right?
Arias - If I didn't love him, his swearing wouldn't hurt as bad so I wouldn't hang up on him.
And I thought my XNPDH was good at word twisting.
This is so classic. The blame shifting, the circular speech, the lies. And the first time she cried was when they were asking about a conversation she and TA had about going to each other's funerals. She only cried when they talked about HER funeral.
She cried today too, but I believe that was for herself too.

She cries (haven't actually seen a real tear yet, have you?) when she's cornered.
I see a lot of sniffling into a Kleenex, lots of eye rubbing and lots of distressed speaking, but not actual tears rolling down her face. I haven't watched the whole thing. Has anyone seen actual tears?

They're rare but I saw a few tears. And I heard snot. Squishy snot in a tissue. It seems like it would be hard to fake that sound but hey, maybe she's mastered the art.

Well, I thought she was crying too. But one of the talking heads pointed out (in slow motion) that she was actually smiling under her hair and her hand when she seemed to be crying.

Snot is easily faked; tears, not so much!
thinks she makes a good point, she smirks. I want to wipe that smirk off her stupid face. Ooops.............shouldn't be so............ah....so.......

I think she did shed a few real tears yesterday & they were all after she accidentally proclaimed her left ring finger was injured by Travis during the attack when in direct, she said something completely different. Those tears were for her & her alone. When they showed pictures of Travis' injuries & made her read an email she sent to him AFTER she killed him, those were fake as fake can be tears. She WAS smirking & smiling through her fingers. She's a disgusting psychopath!

I've not followed this from the start, but a gal at work has us watching at lunch.
I find Jodie scary almost, too collected and dumb as a fox. She makes me nuts. She totally did it.

They had a thing on Dateline about this last night. I'd have loved to see her face when they compared her "broken" finger to the picture that was taken after the supposed injury. But she said quite plainly that her finger *was* bent in the picture. Yeah, just like all the others were.
As soon as I heard all the injuries and *types* of inhuries suffered by Travis, I knew she did it and that her claim of self defense was utter crap. Shot in the head? Accidentally or on purpose, who's gonna be able to then body slam someone onto the floor after getting a bullet in the head? The only person I can think of is Wolverine.
Any one of thise injuris would have put him down long enough for her to get away and call the police. Did she? Nope. She proceeded to cut his throat, stab him almost *30* times THEN she dragged him into the shower and began cleaning up. The fact is she didn't even *hint* at any of this until she became a "person of interest". No papertrail, no witnesses even after the fact, no 911 calls of the alledged abuse. The sheer number of injuries made me dismiss the self defense plea out of hand not to mention the fact that this is her third story about what happened that day.

Add to the fact that she called him after she slaughtered him.
Sent him emails and voice messages when she knew he was dead.

The interesting point I feel the prosecutor made was that if Jodi truly was fearful she could have escaped easier by running out the one door instead of running to the closet.
Which I don't believe she did, either. I believe this was a premeditated plan by her before she left California. If Travis would have done some things differently, like invite her on the trip or make their relationship legit, she would have backed off her evil plan. But, she didn't get her way, so he had to die.
What do you all think about her grandfathers gun being stolen? Do you think she stole it? Have they proven that it was Travis's gun that shot him or just the same caliber? I missed all that gun part.

Eh, people do truly stupid shit when they panic so that could be debated.

The gun was alledgedly her grandmother's. Travis' friends said he never owned a gun. The gun used was the same caliber of the one stolen a few days earlier from her grandmother. Not sure if they found either weapon.
Right now she's starting to trip over herself. First she swore she wasn't there that day, then she changed her story to yes, she was there when showed the time-stamped pictures but it was two masked individuals that killed him then it was no, *she* killed him but it was self defense (not with that many wounds, honey...) but she couldn't explain why she left the VM if she knew he was dead.
She's turning into the star witness for the prosecution.
