So in that charming slide show, where were the comments about familial abuse?

I was curious about that too. Apparently she was too busy telling them whether the slides were in chronological order to bother with the abuse.

"Survivor"
She's selling them on her website for $15 a pop. All proceeds go to "fellow domestic violence victims". Because ya know, there was so much mounting evidence to prove that she was so terribly abused. What a mockery.

After Nurmi's hissy yesterday we know defense is grasping at straws as they really have no logical defense for Jodi.
I agree closing arguments aren't for trashing the victim.

I haven't followed this trial closely after having my outrage nearly give me a heart attack after the CMA trial.
However.
How long has she been in prison and how many times has she donated to Locks of Love? My guess? NONE.
And how on earth can she kill a man and then make a "survivor" t-shirt? Is she donating the proceeds to abuse survivors?
Actually this thought tickles me - I hope she gets to wear the Survivor t-shirt the day she gets the DP. Irony. Love it.

Does she not realize that as a convicted felon she CANNOT profit from any sales she makes? Or is she convinced that the Son of Sam law doesn't apply to her?
Sorry sweetcheeks, go ahead and sell all you want. You won't see a dime.

It's a Jodi is Innocent website that is selling them. Jodi has authenticated that website thru her Twitter which is updated by her BFF from jail, Donovan.
The statement states:
A portion of the profits generated from the sales will support other survivors of domestic violence, and go to Non-profit Domestic Violence organizations selected by Jodi.
Rumor has it, the rest of the proceeds goes to her family. Dunno if that's true or not.
Does she not realize that as a convicted felon she CANNOT profit from any sales she makes?
I also heard that the family already had a wrongful death suit in the works or already filed so that if/when Jodi pulled this crap and started making money, they would receive all the proceeds.

Gerat, more infomercials on selling her "Survivor" garb -
Is it just me or is anyone else looking forward to leaving these auctioneers (Valez-Mitchell, Grace, Galanos, Brooks, Politan) in our rear view mirrors for a little while?? I am, though, a fan of Casarez and Smith...not so loud or dramatic...IMHO.

Being *highly* snarky and sarcastic here but JA is a survivor... of her brutal butchering of Travis. I mean she could have seriously cut herself, bad enough to require stitches. But, no cuts, no scratches, so survivor she is.
Lord, she needs to just go away and stay gone.
@Aubrie, if you (or anyone) is curious and on Facebook, there is a "Jodi Must Die" page. Any supporters of hers are told quite plainly NOT to post or they'll be blocked. Immediately.
